Jean-Louis Marin

JL is an Information Technology ace with significant experience in manufacturing, distribution, construction, consultative and financial information services spanning across many business sectors. A Technologist in Electronics by trade, he also holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Innovation Leadership from The Sandermoen School of Business at The University of Fredericton (UFred.ca). He is a certified LEAN professional and a Project Management Professional under PMI (PMP). Having worked for world class organizations such as Napoleon Products, Corel Corporation, Tembec Inc, Dynamic Tire Corp and FirstOnSite LTD, his goal has always been to help provide top tier technology solutions to dynamic organizations. As an emerging Innovation Leader in the new digital era he seeks to unlock the full capability of technology to anticipate the needs of tomorrow.

Patrick Crowley

Patrick Crowley has diversified and international experience as a Chief Strategy Officer, a Chief Operating Officer, as well as a Chief Financial Officer of four publicly held companies and two privately held companies in sectors such as Consumer Products, Forest Products, Financial Services and Technology.  He is an experienced director and Chair of the Board of The Southdown Institute, Chair of the Audit Committee of public companies (Fletcher Nickel and NexgenRx) and privately held companies (Horizon Energy and fraction/al) and Not-For-Profit organizations (The Richard Ivey School of Business Foundation).  Patrick has held senior leadership positions at OMERS, ATI Technologies Inc., Canada Life Financial Corporation, Molson Inc., Abitibi Consolidated Inc., and Everfresh Beverages Inc.

He is a graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Professional Accountant.  He is also a graduate of the Directors’ Education Program and holds the designation ICD.D.

In 2013 Patrick was named as a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), the highest designation conferred by CPA Ontario.  Fellowship is awarded for outstanding career achievements and service to the community. 

Russell Bawks

Russell Bawks has experience in many industries and roles, making him a well-rounded exemplary person to sit on any board. Russell’s current role is Solution Architect where his focus has been in the in areas of Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Production and Logistics), and Supply Chain Intelligence. Previously Russell was with a large global freight forwarder and was employed in various roles as a solution architect, product management, and solution consulting (pre-sales) in the areas of warehouse management, supply chain visibility and integration, and business intelligence.

Russell has also worked as a business consultant and senior IT consulting roles in a variety of industries including the grocery retailing and distribution operations, manufacturing, agra-chemical distribution, and insurance.  Experience includes IT strategy, warehouse management systems, demand planning, manufacturing execution, financial applications, POS implementation and EDI implementation.

Russell was featured in the premier edition of CIO Canada, has served on various committees and boards based in Toronto, Canada.

Sheldon M. Robinson, Ph.D.

Dr. Robinson has over 30 years of experience in software development, project management and organizational development.  He is uniquely qualified in this industry in that he combines an understanding of technology with his organizational expertise to coach corporations to define their organizational and/or business objectives. He then translates these into automation requirements and manages the development effort to its' successful outcome. 

He has substantial experience with mult-national, national and small entrepreneurial corporations helping them to realize their technological, organizational and automation objectives.  He has held senior management positions, such as Sr. Consultant, Chief Information Officer and Chief Technical Officer, in the Media, Health Care, Banking and Insurance Industries.  Dr. Robinson has personally developed and authored over 35 individual multi user, LAN and WAN information systems.  He has developed business cases, software design requirements and has managed a host of  systems and information projects for national and multi national corporations. He has aided corporations in restructuring and evolving their Legacy technology and workflows into viable, cost effective, state of the art information systems.

Dr. Robinson received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1984 from the California School of Professional Psychology at Berkeley California.  He is an active member of the California Psychological Association with sub membership in Industrial and Organizational and Media Information divisions.

Thomas F. Corcoran B.App.Sc. (EE), MBA, ICD.D

Thomas Corcoran is currently the Chairman of NexgenRx Inc. and the MEMOTEXT Corporation. He is also a Director of ArtsandTV Inc. as well as the owner/founder of the Stonegate Group. Thomas Corcoran is a past Chair of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), Ontario Chapter, past Chair of Bridgepoint Hospital and the Bridgepoint Foundation.

He has also held senior executive positions in the private and public sectors, including Vice President and Managing Director at Canada Life Insurance, U.K. Division, Vice president at IBM Canada and Special Advisor to the Secretary, Management Board (Ontario Government). Thomas Corcoran is also a leader in voluntary sector governance and has served as Governor at the University of Waterloo; Chair, President's Advisory Council, University of Waterloo; Chair, Board of Governors, Crescent School; President and Chair, Ontario Chamber of Commerce; and Director, The Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Thomas Corcoran is a proud recipient of the Canada in Confederation Medal in 1992.
